BUCKLE-UP KIDDIES LAUNCHING The buckle-up Kiddies Program is the latest children road safety awareness program initiated by MVFRA. The programme is aimed at teaching children to use seat belts when they are in the back seats of vehicles and buckle it correctly. In conjunction with the Road Safety Road Show 2008, the program had been successfully conducted in Johor Bahru, Kuantan and Kuala Terengganu with the participation of 800 children all over the states. Through the program, MVFRA hope to create road safety awareness for the young generation and embark the spirit to serve as good role model by using safety belts on every ride.     All the children here today are our road safety ambassadors. They will be a good role model by being a safe passenger at all times. They will carry the road safety message to their little friends in the school, to their parent and embark the spirit of putting on self belt on each ride. With the launch of this road safety initiatives project, we want parents to know that their children are aware of the need for road safety from an early age and is never too young to be taught the importance of traffic awareness.
