RSMC Membership The purpose of the Road Safety Marshal Club is to bring together the road users whose common interest is to promote road safety and wish to play a role to promote road safety awareness within communities. However, membership in RSMC is by invitation only and is not open to the general public. RSMC does not discriminate on the basis of race, creed, color, age, religion, sex, marital status, sexual orientation, national origin, citizenship status, disability, or veteran status. Due to our desire to keep the group at a manageable size, RSMC is selective in admitting new members. Candidates for membership must meet these minimum requirements:  Be a citizen of Malaysia with at least age 18 years old & above Have a valid driving  license Own transport Not have been convicted of any crimes punishment by imprisonment or of an offense involving dishonesty, unlawful sexual conduct, physical violence, or the unlawful use, sale of possession of a controlled substance.   Type of Membership and Membership Fees Type of Membership Entrance Fee Annual Subscription  (Jan - Dec)  Invited Member RM 150.00 RM 150.00 Associate Member RM 150.00 RM 150.00 Affiliate Club RM 750.00 RM 500.00 Membership fees paid are Not Refundable or Transferable.
